PLUMBING MAINTENANCE
About Company
WE HAVE 18 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THIS PASSION
My name is Jared Dietrick and I have been involved in the plumbing industry for over 18 years, 11 of which as a Master Plumbing. I have just about seen and done it all; from new construction, to emergency repairs, to bathroom remodels, to installing efficient tankless water heaters. After working for another plumbing company for 10 years, in 2016 I decided to take a leap of faith and start my own company. In doing so, I have been able to balance a healthy relationship between taking care of my clients needs and operating my company in a way that aligns with my values.
I grew up in Gettysburg, PA and have been serving this community as well as the surrounding areas. I love helping my clients take care of their property and bringing their plumbing into the 21st century.

What We Do
Our Services
New Construction
We have a strong background in residential new construction plumbing, with continued education to stay current with the latest codes and modern improvements. We work neatly, professionally, and unrivaled in our understanding of proper install.
Water Heaters
Water heaters have had so many improvements and changes over the past few years that it can be hard to know what equipment is best suited for your needs. We work with you for quick results while still giving you what you want and need. Many companies take the easy route with a similar replacement without guiding you in your long term best interest.
Hydronic Heating
Radiant heat is an often overlooked system in new homes today, but its comfort is unrivaled. Older homes with radiators and baseboard heat can feel outdated, and there are many cosmetic and comfort improvements that can additionally be added or replaced. We would love to work with you on your specific needs.
Boiler Replacement
Boilers have improved in ways most people have yet to realize. The tax rebates available, massive efficiency improvements, and improved comfort, has made this a major way to save money. A new boiler system can feel like a daunting task, but the time to do it is preventatively before a heating season. We would love to walk you through those options that most people don’t even realize exist
Water Conditioning
Water conditioning has become a huge market, and we would be happy to assist you in your specific needs. We can eliminate the need for expensive salesmen and the big production that can come with that, while installing with skill of plumbers that understand that proper materials and looks matter.
Bathroom Remodels
We take on full bathroom remodels, extending beyond just your plumbing needs. We are willing to fit the scope you would like from us in your bathroom improvements.
Gas Lines
We are knowledgeable and skilled in new practices while still often preferring the older traditional long lasting methods of cut and threading black iron pipe.
Well Systems
From your submersible well pump to your pressure tank inside, we are skilled and understanding in your system.
QUICK AND RELIABLE REPAIR OF LEAKS & PIPE BURST
Plumbing FAQs
Plumbing FAQs
Here are some FAQs and answers to ease your mind
It’s advisable to have a professional inspect your plumbing system at least once every two years to catch any potential issues early.
Regular maintenance includes checking for leaks, cleaning drains, avoiding flushing non-degradable items, and insulating pipes to prevent freezing.
Turn off the main water supply to prevent further damage, contact a professional plumber immediately, and make temporary fixes like using towels to absorb leaks.
Low water pressure can be caused by clogs in pipes, a problem with the pressure regulator, or issues with the municipal supply. A plumber can diagnose and address the issue.
Insulate pipes in unheated areas, keep the home’s temperature consistent, and allow faucets to drip slightly to prevent freezing.
Avoid grease, coffee grounds, and fibrous foods like celery, which can clog drains and lead to plumbing issues.
You can use a plunger or a plumber’s snake to clear clogs. For persistent issues, a chemical drain cleaner or professional help may be needed.
Chemical drain cleaners can be harsh and potentially damaging to pipes. They should be used cautiously, and it’s often better to use mechanical methods or call a plumber.
A running toilet can be caused by a faulty flapper, a problem with the fill valve, or an improperly adjusted float. Replacing or adjusting these components usually resolves the issue.
Try using a plunger first. If that doesn’t work, a toilet auger can be used. Avoid flushing more while it’s clogged, as it could cause an overflow.
Flushing your water heater once a year helps remove sediment build-up and prolong its lifespan.
⦁ Possible causes include a faulty heating element, a tripped circuit breaker, or an issue with the thermostat. Check these components or call a professional for diagnosis.
The average lifespan is around 8 to 12 years, depending on the type and maintenance. Regular maintenance can extend its life.
Signs include water stains on walls or ceilings, musty odors, and increased water bills. Early detection can prevent major damage.

Simple issues like unclogging a drain or tightening a loose faucet can often be handled yourself. For more complex problems, it’s best to consult a professional plumber.
